    Date: 2012.10.26 | Category: Special Events | Response: 0

Chef Kashia had a wonderful opportunity to visit the Italian Food Style Education Culinary Institute (IFSE) in Turin, Italy. Upon her arrival she was welcomed by institute Director Raffaele Trovato, international public relations manager Rosanna Canobbio, and chef instructor Ugo Mura.

The IFSE proposes itself not only as an educational association through which you can achieve a in-depth knowledge of the world of food, but also as a promoter of a healthy diet, bringing food under the spot-light, as a nourishing experience which is closely connected with our well-being and health. Established in 2006 with the aim of promoting the Italian quality food culture all over the world. The school has it’s headquarters in the historic Castle of Piobesi Torinese.  IFSE offers a variety of classes including:

    • Italian Culinary Experience 10-15 days educational Holidayprogram
    • Specialization Course in Italian Cuisine
    • Design in Food
    • Master in Food Design
    • Special Courses for non professional food lovers
