  • Augusta Curtis Cultural Center Event

    Despite the rain and cold weather we had a great turnout. Special thanks to Chef Duccio Pestolesi and Enotre Oil Company for supporting our healthy kids cooking program. The event was held on December 6 at 6:00pm. It was very interactive and intimate, the food was outstanding and we are very thankful to our guests, volunteers, and Chef Duccio for taking the time from teaching at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Florence, Italy to join us in Meriden and promote our cause. Special Thanks to the Pollizzi Family  makers of Enotre Oil for their continued support of our kids program.

    We are very excited for chef Duccio Pistolesi visit.   • Cooking Demo at the Meriden Public Library

    Thanks to all who attended our cooking and olive oil presentation on Saturday November 12, 2016.  What a great turnout at the Meriden Public Library. Special thanks to our former student Kim Rodriguez for assisting Chef Kashia and  thanks to everyone who attended. Our next presentation is scheduled for Saturday December 10, at 1:00pm.   • Cooking with Chef Duccio coming soon!

    Many people have been asking for information on our upcoming cooking presentations. I am very happy and excited to announce international Chef Duccio Pistolesi of Le Cordon Bleu – Florence, Italy will be making a stop in Meriden, December 6.
