Tickets are now available for “Plant A Seed”, the 2nd annual culinary extravaganza fundraiser to benefit My City Kitchen of Meriden.  The 6-9 pm event will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Executive Inn & Suites Ballroom, 900 E. Main St., Meriden.

The night promises live and silent auctions, a keynote speaker and a celebrity guest chef.  Master of Ceremonies will be Jocelyn Maminta, Emmy-nominated News 8 Medical Reporter.

My City Kitchen is a four-year-old, not-for-profit, dedicated to the fight against childhood obesity.  Its hands-on cooking program for children promotes healthy eating habits.
